What is ACC?

An ACC claim in New Zealand refers to a request for compensation or benefits from the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) after an injury or accident. ACC is a no-fault personal injury insurance scheme that provides cover for most injuries sustained in New Zealand, regardless of who or what caused the accident. Soma is ACC Accredited and will complete the claim on your behalf during your appointment with us.
