Georgia East
Physiotherapist and Women's Health Physio
Georgia takes a thoughtful, holistic approach to physiotherapy, combining evidence-based practice with a genuine interest in understanding each person’s goals and challenges. She is passionate about women's health, supporting clients to feel strong, confident, and informed in their bodies at every stage of life. This includes guidance through pregnancy and postpartum recovery, as well as the management of pelvic health concerns such as bladder or bowel issues and pelvic pain. Alongside this, she integrates Pilates-based rehabilitation to help people build strength, confidence, and long-term wellbeing through movement.
Georgia's qualifications include:
-
Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy)
-
Post Graduate Pelvic Health Training credentialed by Dr Melissa Davidson
-
Suna Pilates Instructor Training
Her experience spans both public and private practice, giving her a strong foundation in patient care across a variety of settings. This background has shaped her belief that great rehabilitation is about more than just treatment - it’s about working in partnership with people to help them return to the activities they love.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Georgia enjoying Pilates, running, walking and spending quality time with her loved ones.
