Grace Martens
Senior Physiotherapist
Grace combines a warm, approachable nature with a practical, evidence-based approach to physiotherapy. She enjoys getting to know each person’s goals and working alongside them to reduce pain, restore movement, and build confidence. Grace is passionate about helping people improve their health, wellbeing, and quality of life through personalised care that supports lasting results.
Her special interests include back and neck pain, sports injuries, and postnatal rehabilitation. She also enjoys using dry needling alongside hands-on treatment and exercise-based rehabilitation where appropriate. Her experience teaching Mums & Bubs exercise classes has reinforced her passion for supporting women to return to exercise safely and confidently after pregnancy.

Grace has worked in private practice managing a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has experience providing sideline physiotherapy in sport. She believes that successful rehabilitation is about more than treating an injury – it’s about helping people understand their condition, feel supported throughout their recovery, and confidently return to the activities they enjoy.
Outside the clinic, Grace enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, and keeping active.
