Rosie Bremner
Physiotherapist and Women's Health Physio
Rosie combines her background as a high-performing athlete with a passion for supporting people through physiotherapy. With nearly a decade of competitive rowing experience, she achieved national titles and represented New Zealand in the 2019 Women’s Trans-Tasman team, winning gold in the women’s eight. The discipline, resilience, and teamwork developed through elite sport have shaped her approach to physiotherapy and cemented a commitment to helping clients reach their goals.
Her special interest lies in pelvic health physiotherapy. Rosie is passionate about supporting people with concerns they may not realise physiotherapy can address, and her approach centres on compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers clients and improves quality of life.
Rosie’s qualifications include:
-
Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy)
-
Post Graduate Pelvic Health Training credentialed by Dr Melissa Davidson
Her background as both an athlete and physiotherapist has reinforced her belief that rehabilitation is about more than treatment - it’s about listening, understanding, and working together to help people feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.
Outside the clinic, Rosie enjoys running, beach days with friends and family, and making time for coffee in the sun.
