Clinical Pilates
We offer one-on-one Reformer or Mat Pilates sessions, as well as small group Mat Pilates classes, all guided by our physiotherapy expertise. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, or working to improve strength and control, our tailored sessions and classes help you move with confidence and restore balanced, functional movement.​

Mat Classes
Our small-group Mat Pilates classes are the ideal way to move safely, rebuild strength, and stay active.
Classes are led by our experienced physiotherapists and kept to a maximum of six people, so you’ll always get the individual attention and guidance you need. With a focus on control, stability, and quality movement, every session is tailored to you, making Mat Pilates suitable for all levels.

Classes are offered in four blocks per year, aligned with the New Zealand school terms.
When you purchase a class pass, you’re buying individual classes that must be used within the block purchased. You’ll reserve a regular weekly class time, which helps you build consistency, progress safely, and enjoy a familiar group environment.
Missed classes are generally non-refundable, and make-up classes are subject to availability.

Casual classes are available to book once the block has started. You can book casual sessions online under Group Bookings.

Classes run in block format aligned with school terms.
By booking, you are reserving a regular weekly class time for the duration of the block.
​
Class passes are valid only within the block purchased and cannot be carried over to future blocks. Missed classes are generally non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances.
​
Where availability allows, participants may attend a make-up class within the same block. Make-up classes are not guaranteed and are subject to space.
